**Physical Activity Cards (Exercise Cards) **
There are 24 different exercise that get students moving, stretching and warmed up.
**How I Have Used them: **
• In a PE lesson. Children working in groups, each groups has a set of cards and they pick out a selection of the cards. Then the children complete that at the activity for a certain amount of time 30 seconds and minutes and then take a rest before moving to the next one.
• Movement breaks (SEN Settings, ADHD Children)
• Brain breaks
• Break or Lunchtime Activity
• Create your own obstacle course
• Active week
If you laminate these cards, please do take care if they are on the hall floor as they can become slippy. I usually put a bit of blue tac on them.
